Barely noticeable, thankfully. The second great show the Bunnymen have played in Birmingham in less than a year. Unfortunately I didn't tape the Crocodiles/Heaven Up Here show at the Academy last December. Musically excellent, and Mac was on imperious form, delivering a hefty verbal kicking to numerous targets throughout the show, particularly during an extended rant in the middle of Lips Like Sugar. Six-piece band: Ian McCulloch - vocals Will Sergeant - guitar plus keys/drums/bass/guitar For much of the show, they were accompanied by a six-piece string section, all young and female. Mac seemed to be taking great delight in calling them the 'sextet' auto_pilot, September 2011 Dimeadozen.org: Torrent 375486 (by auto_pilot)
