(The Everly Brothers cover) [2:20] Contrast clause: In contrast to rhoeckel's recording (http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=522820) and steerpike's recording (http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=522542) this one is recorded from a different seat (first ring, block 110, row 3, seat 373, right in front and in the direction of the hanging speakers unit, from a distance of course. The sound and vocals are more clear and direct than the other two recordings in my opinion (I'll include examples). I did some editing, mainly equalizing and some limiting and dynamics. Source: Edirol R-09HR Lineage: SDHC> PC> 44.1kHz (16 bit) > editing (Cubase)> WAV > Trader's Little Helper v.2.5.0 (build 264) > FLAC level 8 Notes: I didn't record the first song 'A Brand New Day'. Recording location: First ring, block 110, row 3, seat 373, right in front and in the direction of the hanging speakers unit, from a distance of course. The sound quality I think turned out my best compared to my other recordings from Paul Simon in 2011 and 2012, surprisingly, as I was higher and further away from the stage (2011/2012 I was almost up front). Maybe because of the better sound of the concert itself, especially vocals seemed better (except in Rotterdam Ahoy 2011 where the sound quality was really good, which Paul even noted then). I didn't record the first song 'A Brand New Day' (pushed the wrong button I suppose). There is none disturbing talking/singing/other noise in the recording during the songs, only maybe a few times you can softly hear some mic movement (I had the recorder in my hands and with a cord around my neck for when clapping and standing but that was only during You Can Call me Al I think).
