I was told the tape came from someone who worked at IRS Records (Miles Copeland's label). Last year I traded a copy with Kenneth at stingme.dk and he wrote up a little bit on the tracks on his Last Exit page. I really don't know if all of these are Last Exit tracks or when they were recorded. The original tape had no track listing so I don't know where the titles for tracks 5 and 7 came from but I assume Kenneth guessed on those. Some of the tracks are alternate versions of Last Exit tracks but some seem to be completely unreleased. "Soul Music" was later recorded by an artist named Lee Stirling for the b-side of a 1980 single. "Grand Hotel" was apparently co-written by Jools Holland and was later recorded and released by him. I do not think these are all from the same sessions as the differing hiss levels suggest they were compiled from various sources. Hopefully, someone can shed some light on these tracks.
