DJ Outro [0:04] Tape Owner: Jock Lineage: Low gen cassette (Maxell IEC Type II Cr02) > Pioneer CT-F4040 > NAD 314 Amp/Eq > ProTools MBox2 > ProTools > AIFF > xACT FLAC (level 8 w. verify) No Noise Reduction, some analog EQ (bass reduction + increased treble response), no compression, no pitch adjustment. Some superfluous tape breaks removed. Some volume fluctuations adjusted. Lineage: FM (KGB-FM 101.5) > UNKNOWN GEN CASS "San Diego d'Amour" TJ Notes: This is a slight upgrade to the well-circulated recording known as the "San Diego D'Amour" bootleg CD. The key differences: The speed of the recording in the present transfer is a little slower - and in my opinion closer to pitch correct than "San Diego D'Amour". There is greater dynamic range in the new transfer - a glance at the wave form from 'Roxanne' indicates that the "San Diego D'Amour" recording is a little 'hot' and a quick listen demonstrates a harsher sound. The present transfer has a tape flip during the jam in 'Roxanne'. I have taken the liberty of patching this up using the missing bars from "San Diego D'Amour". This occurs at 04'52 - 05'22. The present transfer has a DJ outro. Transferred and archived by tj7 in January, 2007. Dimeadozen.org: Torrent 129910 (by tj0007)
