Comment: I mentioned to my friend Billy that someone on Dime was asking for the Police at the Hotel Diplomat and he says "well, you better make me a copy also. You only went because I made you go." So, with both Kappa02 and Billy requesting that it be digitized, here it is. I don't remember the show at all; Billy says that it was crowded and that we were off to the side, maybe standing on a table. I mention this because there is a slight buzz noticeable between songs mostly in one channel. I guess it is from the PA, so perhaps I had one mike pointed at the PA and another pointed at the stage. Or maybe the mike wire was causing a problem. Otherwise the quality is very good, and it's a good show. The mikes may have been Sony or AKG. The cassette was a Maxell UDXL-I 90. Recorder was a Sony TC152, 153, or 158. I think it was too early to be the Sony D5.

I don't know if I ever gave anyone a copy of this, so maybe it's a world premiere.
I would greatly appreciate a set list. DGK.
