If you have any uncirculated SPIRIT shows, or better quality FM broadcasts than what's been posted here before, please share them. If you know anybody who has shows that fit this category that aren't on DIME, please dub off their stuff and share it. I'm trying to write a book on SPIRIT and need all the information I can get. I have a database of over 1500 gigs 1967-1996, and want to find as much information as I can to add to it. If you have any memories of where you saw SPIRIT, the more specific the better (venue, city, date, supporting bands, etc.), I'd love to know that as well. Please leave that in the comments section or PM me. Thank you! 2 - Show description & comments follow: The "Ontario Theatre" was located in the Adams-Morgan section of town, which at the time, was what we would call a "transitional" neighborhood. I think it's quite a trendy place today, but I could be wrong on that. During the few shows I saw there, sometimes the locals would come out and hassle the people waiting in line to see the show. The place held about a thousand people. This is one I'd forgotten about. There were a very few occasions when I loaned my deck to a friend to tape shows he wanted to see. The price was that I got his master cassette to make a copy from, as I was always trying to amass a library for trade. It was because of this tape that I got into THE POLICE, and saw them on the next tour. That show was previously posted on Torrent # 260844. He blew the tape flip, but still it's a good show, and worth having. I love the comment where Sting asks where everybody was the first time they played Washington, DC at the old "Atlantis" to five people! Enjoy! bpthree PLEASE KEEP THE LOSSLESS!!! Support the band: Buy the officially released items, etc. Prepared by Jeff James (roryglzep@aol.com) Dimeadozen.org: Torrent 276374 (by roryglzep)
