Bill B: You, for one, don't need to be arrested... Sting cheerfully screws up the song introductions, and the band bubble with youthful enthusiasm. That about says it for this show. They are having a great time, and so will you. The absolutely (clear as a bell) recording is a true bonus. For those of you unfamiliar with this time period in the band's history, they are smack dab in the middle of transitioning from punk to the advanced reggae of the "Synchronicity" period. You will hear elements of both styles. Several of the band's early hits are turned into barn-burners - witness the nine-minute jams on such hits as "Can't Stand Losing You" and "The Bed's Too Big Without You". Punk-style hits such as "Landlord" and "Born In The 50's" are here as well. Thanks again to Bill B. for the tape! Enjoy! A DoinkerTape Dimeadozen.org: Torrent 210143 (by Doinker)
