Notes:
I had a connection problem with my right-channel mic thus this is a mono recording with two left-channel inputs.

This is a mono recording. The cap on my right mic came loose resulting in a low volume input. I have tried several editing programs to fix it but there just is not enough to work with. My only solution was to copy the left channel over to the right and come up with a mono recording. I was not going to circulate it but was told by someone in the Police trading community that the only recording of this show circulating was in mp3 form.
