I would consider this to be soundboard quality...from the cover art I found, it may have come from www.vcdtree.com, although their cover art, which I have included, has Rejoice-The Cry-Electric Co. as a single track.

U2's first appearance on the "Rockpalast" concert series on German TV is far from perfect.  The audience look on solemnly which puts a fatal stamp on the course of the show.  Bono, irritable from the night before, becomes extremely frustrated as he tries in vain to get a reaction.  "We're not used to doing auditions or playing on stages like this; you and us will break that."  Roadie Steve Iredale comes on stage to hand Bono his guitar.  "This is Steven, everybody" he announces but there is no response whatsoever.  "It's a custom in our country, clapping hands," Bono says sarcastically.  In I Fall Down he sings "I feel like nothing to say, I think I'll go home...I think I don't like this show," and kicks over his microphone stand at the end.  This show is broadcast on WDR TV on March 6, 1982"
