This was the second time JEMS recorded the band in Detroit in the span of slightly more than three months. But in that time the band's popularity grew enormously, as they jumped from the 5,000 seat Fox Theater they played in December to 17,000 seat Joe Louis Arena. Another fine audience recording by J in a much bigger venue. It takes a minute into the first song to get the mic and levels right but after he does it is pretty much smooth sailing. (August 2011) Butterking for JEMS Mastering note, the first about 40 seconds of the recording was completely removed from this due to the levels being set so hot the distortion makes it unlistenable. Initial volume adjustments afterwards were mastered to make it sound as even as possible. Dimeadozen.org: Torrent 368565 (by weedwacker67)
