There is more than one version of this concert circulating, but as I learned from Frank in Italy, this version is "special" as it includes two songs after "40".  Per Pimm:
"Responding to long applause and an enthusiastic chant of "How long to sing this song", U2 return for an extra encore while the Clannad tape that traditionally ends the show is playing and the house lights are up.  Those making their way through the exits retrace their steps to hear U2 play Trip Through Your Wires and Southern Man."  

No doubt the other versions of this one are made by those people who thought the concert had really ended with "40", it's great that someone was still there to get most of the final encore.  The "official" cover art at the archives site does not include the final encore tracks, so yes, we need new cover art.  Again.
