The artwork for this bootleg claims that it is a soundboard recording. To my ears, it sounds like an audience recording. The taper was obviously very near the stacks, but the voices of far too many audience members can be heard clearly (mostly are several feet from the taper) for this to be a soundboard recording. Nevertheless, sound quality is excellent. The recording is very powerful, with vocals featured prominently in the mix. The Cork tracks are very strong as well, about the same sound quality as the Dublin tracks but with less audience noise. The Belfast tracks are solid, but more distant and less clear. There are a few short bursts of rolling static during the Belfast tracks.
