With or Without You [7:42] 07. 40 [7:58] Source: Unknown Gen. & Equipmet > tape > sony TCKE5000S line out > pc line in > EAC > WAV and Tracking > FLAC NOTE: This recording plays far too slow. Also, the sound is pretty thin and distant. The acoustics in the venue are not very good either. At times a there is considerable amount of echo due to the cavernous confines of Olympic Stadium. Despite the fact that over 66,000 people packed the venue, the building's acoustics make it sounds like the band was playing a concert to the few die-hard fans who bother to show up for an Expos game. There are small pops between many of the tracks. Note that "Help", "Bullet the Blue Sky", and "Running To Stand Still" are not included on this recording. In addition, "Sunday Bloody Sunday" fades out at the beginning of the last verse. Pimm's book says the accoustics were bad, he was right. The ecco is very bad, so is this recording. I did not spend any time trying to remaster this, not worth the time. There are some cuts, between tracks, sunday is cut help bullet running are missing etc. Pimm's book says Bono said "thank Gavin Friday", we can hear it. Some others cues confirm it's really Montreal!!!!
