Notes:
This is the uncirculated opening night of Oakland. We recorded this show and had both crowd and equipment problems.
The master was partially listened to the first night and put away for 20 years. At the time we were so disappointed 
we recorded the second night that is well known. Same equipment Sony PCM-F1 Sony SL2000 beta, Schoeps Hypercardiod mics rented from Gassar Sound. Mics on a stand in the center in front of the soundboard.  

Trying to tape the Pretenders one of the battery cables was damaged. We ended up bailing and attempted to fix the cable. We fought our way back up and set the mics but didn't get the tape rolling until I will Follow. Nasty cut between
songs but we got the rest of the show. After the show we put the tape on and something was seriously wrong with the
recording. It was put away and I just recently found it. I put it on expecting the worst, but was very surprised. Some 
bad crowd noise during bad and a few minorsglitches. There is no other source listen for this date.
