Love Is Blindness [5:32] Comments: This was the second show of the ZOO TV tour and it is noticeable. In the intro of "Even Better Than The Real Thing" the rest of the band doesn't get the cues of The Edge. During "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses" the band again needs some cues, this time from Bono. And during "Where The Streets Have No Name", Bono gets a bit mixed up with the words. Apart from these minor faults this is a good, complete concert from the beginning of the ZOO TV Tour. This bootleg has good sound quality, but in the beginning of "Zoo Station" the right level still has to be found, which is good before the ending of the song. The CD does also start halfway the intro sung by Bono, but this isn't very annoying. "Mysterious Ways" has a beautiful intro with Bono improvising and it showed the premiere of Christina, the belly dancer. "One" is dedicated to the Russian cosmonaut in orbit. "Satellite Of Love" is done in a longer version which contains the verses of the second part of the song. "Bullet The Blue Sky" has some alternate lyrics to comment about the overwhelming response for tickets. Finally, the first two verses of "Love Is Blindness" aren't sung, but spoken. The CD has nice packaging, although not U2-specific. Some errors are made in the track listing ("All I Want Is You" isn't mentioned) but everythign else looks acceptable. This isn't the quintessential ZOO TV recording, but it is nice to compare this early concert with concert at the end of the tour.
