With Or Without You [6:43] Comments #1: The rhythm section is most impressive in this recording. The minor of this fact is that the sound of the bass and drum are shoving The Edge and Bono aside. You can here this especially the quieter parts of the songs. It sounds a bit like someone added loudness to this recording. Tryin' to throw you're arms around the world, a beautiful version of the song. Angel of Harlem is played acoustic. Bad is sang very passionate by Bono. A snippet of All I want is you is played as intermission to Bullet the blue sky. Audience love this and interact a lot here. Bullet the blue sky is played very loud. Bono changes the first verse of Where the streets have no name. He doesn't sing it, but spook it. Nice! Still haven't found what I'm looking for is performed superb! Instead of a large intro, the song now gets a speech in the middle. The audience reacts very loud. Comments #2: Certainly not one of the better U2 recordings out there, but I have heard quite a few that are worse. The sound is somewhat distant and not all that clear. There are a few minor dropouts, some light high end static during the louder moments, and a few other imperfections as well. At a moment these plops and cracks started to irritate me and I stopped to write them down. You only find the loudest here. Name: Live From Hampton 07.03.1992 (Clark Brenneke ) Taper: Clark C.
