Instruments and voice balanced very good. Audience noise is minimal, with very few occasions on which individual voices can be heard. The band puts on a good show on this night. Having seen a sales pitch while flipping through the channels of ZooTV, Bono calls Home Shopping Club and tries to buy a diamond after "Even Better Than the Real Thing". Bono seems not happy with his improvisation at the end of One. At a moment you can hear him sing "I'm fucking up" Approximately 3:30 into "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses", Bono stops the song and asks the fans if they would mind him playing the song acoustically. He then proceeds with a entertaining, although somewhat rushed, rendition of the song. Before Angel of Harlem Bono mentioned:" I just want to pronounce this concert the loudest we played. I just got this new fancy eardops, they don't filter you out, but they make you louder." And that's what he gets, a very loud reaction of the fans. Also of note is a very rare playing of "Van Diemen's Land" - one of only a few times it appeared on the setlist during the Zoo tours. Bad is performed superb. Bullet the blue sky, again a very loud and hard version of this song. Before I still haven't found what I'm looking for Bono states again, what an amazing crowd of ppl! "It doesn't matter if my guitar was out of tune? was it?" he asks. (You can hear the fans laugh.) "We got The Edge" he jokes. With or without you is a powerful version of the song.
