Love Is Blindness [6:28] Comments: U2 puts on a 5 stars concert this evening! The group seems to enjoy themselves and are giving the best they have. The audience is very loud and active. Bono loves it and is encouraging the audience to interact with him. He's improvising , throwing one liners between and in the songs and he's talking German! The fly is played hard and aggressive. Some parts of the songs, are shouted by Bono. He's practising his German before Even Better Than The Real Thing. He's also giving funny comments while zapping the ZOO TV screen. "We got The Edge on TV tonight." "Poor" The Edge, he's going to be Bono's "teasingvictem" a few times during this concert. Mysterious ways, a long version of the song, with some improvisation. One includes a beautiful snippet of I can't help falling in love with you. A funny moment appears during Trying to throw your arms around the world. Bono claims there that he wants beer instead of champagne when he's in Germany. He also asks The Edge if he want a drink or what? Angel of Harlem has a snippet of Dancing queen in it. It sounds a bit unrehearsed. In the beginning of the song the group is a sync. But the audience don't mind, they sing along loud with the group. Although Bono admits not knowing the words, he creates a super cover version from Knocking on heavens door. Al along the watchtower is performed very aggressive, loud and with high energy. During Bad, Bono is interacting with the audience and again he's talking some German. Bad includes the first verse of All I want is you. Running to stand still, goose bumps all over. Still haven't found what I'm looking for, at one moment Bono stops to sing, and let the audience take over the singing. Love is blindness, the instruments are sounding very powerful in this song. The sound of this recording is clear, close and full. Voice and instruments are balanced well. Audience is present in this recording, several songs the singing along is very loud. But it doesn't distract, it gives this recording a great "live feeling."
