Original (taken from the mixing desk) Cd ==> Flac with dBpower AMP Manufacturer: Unbelievable Music Catalog: UM 023/24 Matrix: Disc 1: UM 023 Disc 2: UM 024 Comments: Like the title implies, it was a mixing desk recording (i.e. the sound you hear is the sound that came through the PA). U2 were furious when the found out about a leaked out concert recording. Paul McGuinnes later stated that the soundcrew responsible for recording it, AND selling it, were immediatly fired. So, not always is it the fans who make illegimate material, U2's crew did it, and I even try to believe U2 themselves does it. In the later case I'm talking about the 'Salome' outtakes and the two supposedly "stolen" fragments of the album 'Pop' which appeared on the internet, as we all know. This is a decent soundboard recording. The band does not put on a great concert, and they know it. Edge messes up during the "bridge" of "Trying To Throw Your Arms Around The World " and the band messes up "Dancing Queen" and "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" (Disc 2, Track 3). The bonus tracks are a nice addition. "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" (Disc 2, Track 14) is performed with the New Voices Of Freedom, and is the same version as the version on 'Rattle And Hum'.
