Per Pimm: "Zoo TV malfunctions as Bono's zapping reveals nothing but blank screens but both shows are excellent with great atmosphere. The stadium is situated in a summer fair and amusement park, whose neon-lit Ferris wheel can be seen spinning from inside. Bono says it's the perfect setting for the glitzy concept of the show, calling it 'the most Zoo location we've had.' The White House receives another call from Bono. 'Hi there, I'm calling from Canada tonight, Toronto. I've got 60,000 people here that would like to speak with George Bush...The President is not available for the people of Toronto?! Well!' 

I believe the original source of my discs is the same as what Justin describes at his site: 
"I have finally managed to find a recording of one of the few ZooTV concerts that have eluded me. As is usually the case with recordings that are very difficult to find, this one is less than perfect. The music and vocals are a bit distant at times, crowd noise is certainly present, and there is a bit of static at times that sounds like it is the result of the recording volume being set too much." 
Justin mentions remastering by Darren Glen, but I have no idea if the one I am seeding is pre- or post- remastering.
