This recording spent thru many levels : 
- reduce pitch a LOT with my SONY deck 
- EQing (marantz EQ : reducing HEAVY bass, add some clean in the high level)
- encoder : nero wav editor
- music cleaning studio to define a little more all the instruments
- wav corrector to remove part of many pops present on my tapes (the most important remains at the start of 'the fly' solo)
- cd wav to cut the songs
- and finally monkey's audio 3.97 to get it on APE
there's still a hiss remaining, but i wasn't able to remove it without big sound loss.
anyway, it's still sounding very good !!
