Comment: This soundcheck was obtained due a trade. 
Some resonance, the muffled sound Tape hiss is audible during the whole recording.
I think the recorder was put on u2 sound repro-system….

per Pimm: U2 rehearse for their state-of the art PopMart tour. It seems appropriate that the tour opens in Las Vegas, a city famed for its kitsch and visual excess. U2's reason for choosing this location are a little more mundane. On the 22nd Edge, Adam & larry start outfiddling with Dancing Barefoot and Angel Of Harlem going back to the new stuff. They do a very long rehearsal wich focuses on If you wear that velvet dress and Staring at the sun. Both songs are played again and again and at one point Bono starts fooling around with his vocals, putting on 'paddy' accent.
