Remastering Notes: Normalized volume levels on Track 1 Disc 1 which were erratic due to taper setting and adjusting volume levels at start of show. 
Removed numerous clicks (i.e., loud, nearby hand clapping from one annoying person) between songs. Used fade in and out at beginning and end of each CD. 
Removed less than 1 second of silence at the beginning of Track 4 Disc 1.
