Notes:
This is the master audio for U2RMW multicam. This is not the same mix as is on the video release! It has been remixed for CD. The sources are the same, the main difference is where the sources are within the space of the mix. Since Talltaper had the best source, this was used as the primary source, the other two sources were then eq'ed to be as similar as possible. My source was from the front row of the loge on Adam's side. Levels of the IEM were matched to the primary source and was used to augment. When I dropped the IEM for counts I used a duplicated Talltaper that had the bass dropped out and the stereo feild reduced to 50% to give a more direct sound so it covered the loss of the IEM. My source was used for ambient/ rear for the surround. In this mix, the stereo field was reduced to 75% and the levels dropped 3db to still give the sound of the space of the stadium while reducing the echo. My goal for this recording was not to make it sound like an offical release, but to have it sound like you are standing in the sweetspot of the stadium.
