This is a 16/44.1 file set, which can be burned directly to CD.  A 24-bit, higher-fidelity version has been posted separately.  The recording is seamless; the disc breaks above are merely a suggestion.

The fourth of five nights in Chicago; it felt a little more formulaic than the prior couple of shows, but some good rarities in the set.  The audience feedback wasn't as intense as the previous night, which perhaps explains the more low-key performance.  Overall, an enjoyable show with a few highlights. There will probably be better-sounding versions of this show over the coming months, but I thought I would get this out there for those who wanted to hear this show right away.  Recording quality is pretty good, though not quite up to the level of night 2 when I was also on the floor.  I got as far to the side as I could to capture as much of the overhead PA as possible - the overall fidelity is somewhat lacking and I tried to punch it up somewhat with the Magix EQ functions. There is quite a bit of chatter during Bono's banters (particularly when the band came out to the b-stage, which drew a lot of traffic from the front), but I don't think there's much interference during the actual music. This show features the first-ever performance of the bonus track "The Crystal Ballroom," and the band turned in a credible performance given that they had probably only learned it in soundcheck.  John Cusack gets a special "Happy Birthday" serenade during the encore to commemorate his 49th birthday. Anyone who would like to remaster, de-clap, etc. this recording and repost it is welcome to do so; in the info file, please document the original source and what you did.  Mp3 samples are included in the comments.
