U2 DMC Megamix [13:09] - Sunday Bloody Sunday - Pride (In The Name Of Love) - Where The Streets Have No Name - New Year's Day - The Unforgettable Fire - Two Hearts Beat As One - Gloria - Fire Total Running Time: [1:13:49] Source: Official and unofficial promotional remixes for DJ and radio stations. Quality: Excellent soundboard. Some tracks are masterd from vinyl sources and the rest are mastered from CD sources. Comments: In my opinion, this CD is a real treasure for all the U2 fans who can't afford buying expensive promo remixes, because all of these remixes are available on promotional records and CDs except the "DMC Megamix" and "The Unforgettable Fire Propyro Mix" which have nothing to do with U2, I think. But it's not an official release, it's a bootleg! I encourage this record company to do other CDs like this one, it's really more interesting than THE ULTIMATE 7" & 12" COLLECTIONs! As for the the originality of the songs, I think only Tracks 1, 2, 3 and maybe 5 (which is a combination of the Perfecto Mix and the Sexy Dub mix) are in their official remixed form on this bootleg. "The DMC Megamix" (last track) is also an official remix, done by the DMC (Disco Mix Club) label. You have to like those 80's remixes in which the songs sequence into each other in order to appreciate this track, though. But since the other songs are edited by the mysterious "NARF" and are very different than the times of official remixes, I think the bootleggers have made the remixes themselves just to fill up the disk. I got mine for not too much money and was thus worth it, but if you are only looking for U2 originals, aviod this disc. This is the original pressing on this label.
