THERE HAS BEEN NO UNNECESSARY RE-ENCODING OF THIS VIDEO.

I have followed the rules as stated at Dime, i.e. I have not attempted to upload files which break the “bloating” rule and I have encoded to standard DVD (NTSC) format, retaining the original NTSC attributes of the VHS source. NO Deinterlacing, EQ or colour alteration.

There is partial, very brief lead-in audio of “Don’t Stand So Close to Me” and lead-out of “Every Little Thing She Does is Magic” which fades in and out, and represents so little of “official” material that I will presume it could in no way, shape or form deprive the artist, label or publisher of income by being retained as part of the source broadcast recording.  

Consider this a call-out for any more interesting, unseen vintage Police TV broadcast interviews that you folks might have out there!
