Notes: 
Converted to DVD from a first generation VHS tape of the MTV satellite feed. Includes pro-shot footage from numerous cameras professionally mixed.  "Zoo Station" is in black and white and "Mysterious Ways" features an artsy/pixelated color effect. The video shows some very minor distortion, as it warps very slightly near the bottom of the screen for a fraction of a second on a few occasions. 

The band was awarded the 1992 MTV Video Music Award on this night. Garth (Dana Carvey) from Wayne's World appears on the giant video screens after "The Fly" as Bono surfs the channels of Zoo Television.
